SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by product, destination, and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Order processing: 1-2 business days. Delivery to the United States after dispatch: 2-4 business days. Delivery to United Kingdom and Germany after dispatch: 5-6 business days.
Tracking information is sent by email when it becomes available. Some orders contain several items that ship separately, so they may arrive on different days.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by local authorities.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds Want to return an item or ask for a refund? Email us at valyneco@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please do not send anything back until you receive return instructions from us.
Return window: 30 days after delivery.
Eligible items: unused, in original packaging, with all included parts.
Not returnable: opened personal care and hygiene products (for example deodorant bars, soap bars, shampoo bars and foot soak salts) and used products. Damaged or incorrect items are always an exception and can be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping: you pay for return shipping, except when the item arrives damaged or incorrect. In that case, Valyne Co covers it.
Refunds: issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we approve the return.
Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at valyneco@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right.
